The first time I met Hon. Justice Adejumo this year, when I accompanied the President of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), my whole conception about the Nigeria Industrial Court changed, hearing from him for almost two hours how he transformed the NICN from "a dead-end" to a 'living end'. His testimony is an inspiration to us and to me in particular. How I wish he will continue to be very relevant in NICN. I wish him many more years on earth to see the baby that he nurtured to adult-hood. Hon. Justice Adejumo, happy retirement and continue to have the workers of Nigeria at heart.
